“It is commonly perceived that if something is out of sight, it will be out of mind. But the Truth is the contrary – what is out of mind is out of sight.

Forget about what you know and be prepared to experience the unknown. The unknown may be the opposite of what you think you know. Sure, you may have something or someone temporarily out of your mind but that is not necessarily because they are out of sight. You know when something is no longer consuming space in your mind because even if you sighted what you no longer give your attention to, it will not cause you to respond in the way that you did when it was consuming your mind.
Do you know what I’m talking about? Sure you do my friend. If you no longer want something in your life, it would not go away by you avoiding seeing them or that particular scenario in your life. Rather it would be about freeing the thought of them or the thought of that particular scene from your ‘life movie’. One catch though, you cannot free anything from your mind that you have the mildest attachment to, resistance towards or judgement about. To free something or someone from your mind you have to be willing enough to free the thought of ‘needing’ them orit. You have to be in complete acceptance of living freely with or without them or it.
Once you have complete acceptance, you will have complete free will to decide to place something or someone out of your mind. You may then experience that very thing or person to be out of sight. It is out of mind, out of sight, not the other way around.
