“We
pursue purpose as though it was something that we need to attain in the
world. What if purpose was already in who we are and not in what we
fight for?
- Amir Zoghi –
What is your purpose? What if being with purpose
had nothing to do with what you do and what you stand for? What if
purpose was entirely in who you are? When you are truly with
purpose you are naturally in the flow of the Universal energy but
purpose does not come from what you do, what you’re setting out to
achieve or what you have accomplished. Purpose comes from who you
naturally are underneath all the parts of yourself that thinks it
“needs” to have a purpose because it lacks.
Purpose comes from within, not from what you do. Your
true purpose will be realised when you know the Truth of who you are.
When people feel small they feel the “need” to build themselves up
externally in what they do and this is mostly done by building their
identities through a purpose of some kind. Standing for something,
believing in something and even fighting for that belief. On the other
hand one who is experiencing their purpose in the Truth of who they are
internally will no longer be looking for their purpose in what they do
or who they beat. Instead they will live a life filled with purpose
because they are living with purpose internally. Everything they do, no
matter how big or small will have purpose. Everyone who they connect
with will be impacted by their purpose.
That is true purpose, your inner purpose, the
knowing of you. Once you have realised your inner purpose you will no
longer find purpose in what you “do” but in who you are “Being” when you
are doing what you do. Everything will be lived with purpose,
everything will be expressed with purpose and everything will be given
with purpose.
One who has not found their inner purpose is one who
seeks purpose from their material world. One who has found inner purpose
will live life purposefully no matter what they do or do not do, no
matter what they have accomplished or have not accomplished. Life is
purpose, just live life instead of always just trying to make a
living out of life. Just be life instead of trying to stand for
something in life.
Let your importance, meaning and purpose all come
from who you are and not from who you think you should be or what you
should be doing. Then everything you do or do not do will have purpose,
everything you accomplish or do not accomplish will have purpose. That’s
true purpose! Everything else is your attempt to find purpose.

“Happiness
is when you are equally able to embrace the times when you’re unhappy
and the times when you’re happy.”
- Amir Zoghi –
It’s easy to be in acceptance of life when life is
bringing you happiness. It’s even easier to then think to yourself that
what is causing you to be happy “is meant to be”. But what about the
times that life is causing you to frown instead of smile, what are your
thoughts about life then, my dearest? Do you then think to yourself
that what is causing you pain was “not meant to be”? Do you then have
difficulty finding acceptance of what life is serving you? You know the
answer to those questions better than anyone Lyle.
aThe thing about life is that it will always be
serving you both highs and lows, both positive and negative energy. The
real question is not why life has served you what it has served you; the
real question is how you choose to respond to what life has served you.
The difference between those who have mastered life and those who have
not is all in the way they choose to respond to what life has served
them. Some fight the challenges but others choose to dance with the
challenges instead. Some embrace the moment of happiness while others
become attached to the moment of happiness. Some resist the moment of
unhappiness while others embrace the unhappiness and gain strength in
who they are.
It’s not that
everything in your reality is not real; it’s just that everything in
your reality is either reflecting your Love or the parts of yourself
that you have not yet loved. The Truth is that Love is trying to show
you who you Truly are by allowing you to experience the parts of
yourself that you have not yet loved. By loving the parts of yourself
that you had been in judgment of, you are becoming the whole Truth of
who you are, Love. This means that Love is all there is and when that is
not your experience, this is because you are experiencing the parts of
yourself that you have not yet loved.
You are experiencing yourself in a world of duality, a world of
black and white, night and day, hot and cold. Whatever experience you
are having, you can find its opposite.
Here is my message for you, stop only searching in your world of
duality, your external world. You need to connect deeper than that to a
place where everything that is becomes One with all that is. A place
where True happiness is experienced, where True Joy and True Love
becomes your natural state. Not a state that needs to be developed or
found. This is the place where your external world will no longer be
influencing your level of happiness or unhappiness; this is where “you
are Happiness itself”.
How do you find this place, how do you find this wonderland?
You have to go down the rabbit hole and there is only one way down the
rabbit hole. You have to embrace and accept everything that is
presenting itself to you right now in your life. You can’t just be
embracing what makes you happy and resisting what does not. You have to
be in acceptance of ALL that is presenting itself in your life right
now, not just the things you think are “meant to be”. Everything is
meant to be,
otherwise how would you explain it coming into your existence? Do you
really think the “Universe” will manifest anything into your reality
that was “not meant to be” manifested? Maybe you should really get to
know the “Universe” before you answer that question. How do you get to
know the “Universe”? By getting to “Know Yourself”.

“All
that is real in this world is all that you will take when leaving this
world – Love. Everything else is only a shadow of what is real.”
- Amir Zoghi –
If you were to take your attention away from the
things in your world that consume your mind, you will be left only with
Love for all that is. Whatever consumes your mind is whatever you
are in judgment of. It is all that you are both attached to and addicted
to or all that you are resisting in your life. If you were to empty
your mind, all you will experience is the Love of all that is. You
are either experiencing Love or your own judgments, which are parts of
yourself that you have not yet loved.
It’s not that everything in your reality
is not real; it’s just that everything in your reality is either
reflecting your Love or the parts of yourself that you have not yet
loved. The Truth is that Love is trying to show you who you Truly are by
allowing you to experience the parts of yourself that you have not yet
loved. By loving the parts of yourself that you had been in judgment of,
you are becoming the whole Truth of who you are, Love. This means that
Love is all there is and when that is not your experience, this is
because you are experiencing the parts of yourself that you have not yet
loved.
This may be very difficult for you to grasp my dear,
especially if you are reading this and trying to interpret it with your
logical thoughts. Love is not logical, therefore logic can at best get
you to the door of Love, but to step through the door and experience
what I’m expressing to you, you will have to let go of logic and feel it
instead of only thinking it.
Put it this way my friend, you came here into this world
with the one and only thing that is possible for you to leave with. And
that’s Love. What else did you bring into this world besides that, what
else can you take with you when you leave this world? Nothing my dear,
nothing. What this means for you is that everything that you are
experiencing in this world is exactly that, an experience. An experience
of Love or the experience of what you do not love about yourself. And
it is about yourself, your entire reality is mirroring either your
Love, or what you do not love about yourself, which is when you
experience being in judgment and resisting a part of yourself or being
attached to the shadow of yourself.
Love is all there is, all else is the shadow you are
creating of the parts of yourself you are either judging, the parts of
yourself that you are not loving or the parts of yourself you are
attached to because you have not yet found the attachment within
yourself. Let go of whatever you are resisting and let go of whatever
you feel attached to and you will step into the doorway of Truth to
experience being awake in life.

“What
is imagined with ‘love’ will manifest into life, as long as the
imagined is not limited by the thoughts of ‘need’.”
- Amir Zoghi -
Remember the times that you would live through
your imagination? Where you would live as though life were only what
was taking place in this moment and you wouldn’t consume your mind with
what was or wasn’t possible. When everything that mattered was only that
which you loved. Do you remember when you would wake up and let
life unfold instead of waking up to all the requirements that you had
placed upon yourself? Maybe you don’t remember but what if life is exactly
what you are imagining it to be? What if you are the one limiting
yourself from the freedom of who you Truly are and all its
possibilities?
Your life is manifesting itself in every
moment. It’s manifesting moment by moment and in a moment it can be
different if you just allow it to be. But you are so consumed by how
your life should be and what you may be missing out on. What if life
were only trying to show you your own possibilities, what if all you had
to do was to stop trying to do?
Let it go my dear, let it go. Let it go
because your attention in your mind is being consumed by all the things
that you think you should be doing or should have done! Let it go so you
can allow your mind to return to its natural state of emptiness, of
presence and stillness. Then you can allow whatever comes into your mind
to naturally manifest itself into what you call reality. No need for
you to continue to think about all that you ‘need’. Just let go
of all that you think you ‘need’ and you will allow yourself to
experience all that you love. What you love is something that finds you, it is not
something that you find. Just like how you cannot force love between two
people and you cannot force yourself to find the love of your life.
Why do you then try to force your life into what
you think it should be or could be? Love is not a ‘should be’ or ‘could
be’ that comes from ‘need’. You are filling your mind with all the
things that you think you ‘need’ by continually placing your attention
on all that you ‘need’ in your life. You care not for love? You cannot
allow love to find you when you are so concerned with the ‘need’ of what
you perceive to be love.
Let your imagination soar free in your mind and you will
notice that it will only soar through the waves of love and not ‘need’.
It already knows love; it is only you that keeps limiting it by
continuing to be in fear of not attaining your ‘needs’. Let yourself be
consumed by love and not need and you will experience the infinite’s
effortless power and not the finite’s forceful energy.

“Life
is filled with drama; you can either be enrolled in the drama or you
can view the drama as the unfolding of your life story line.”
- Amir Zoghi -
When you’re watching a movie and you are
experiencing its drama you are aware that the drama is part of a greater
plot in the movie’s story line. You wouldn’t pause the movie when you
get enrolled in the drama; you keep watching the movie because you want
to know how the story line will unfold. In life my dear, you don’t
need to stop everything when you are experiencing drama and continue to
hold onto the drama by reacting to it. You have to let go of the drama
to let the story continue. In a movie, just like in life the drama that
is taking place is building up to the point where you totally experience
what the movie is trying to share with you.
In life, you don’t need to get caught up in
the drama, you are just required to experience the drama for what it is.
And then you continue to move on in order for your life’s story line to
unfold towards further experiences that are awaiting you. Too many
people however not only get caught up in their drama but they seek to
get involved in the dramas of others too. Simply become aware of the
drama and allow yourself to experience the drama but don’t feel the need
to react to the drama as that is how you will find yourself getting
caught up by it and not moving on in your story line.
This may be difficult, especially when in the midst
of the drama but for as long as you are continuing to react to the
drama you are placing your life movie on pause. Every great movie has
great drama in the story line and so does every great life experience.
But let the drama bring you whatever experience it is bringing you
without you needing to fix it and you won’t get caught up in the drama.
If you are not yet clear by what your dramas in your life are, just ask
yourself what is consuming your mind and you will have identified the
dramas in your life.
At the end of the day, you must embrace these
experiences caused by your dramas but you are not required to react to
the drama. And once you have embraced the experiences the drama is
causing you to have you can then freely feel what you would love to
experience next in your story line. You will also then find that you
won’t have the urge to react to the drama and instead you will feel
inspired to continue to act on what you love.

Moving on
by Amir Zoghi
We all sometimes feel stuck in our lives. Where everything that used to work no longer does, where the weight of the world may seem to be upon our shoulders and where the inspiration to make a move just does not seem to exist. I have personally been in that space many times in my life and I came to realise that what didn’t work was to deny what I was feeling and deny the circumstances that were influencing what I felt.
What I came to learn in my life is that every time I was experiencing a negative emotion created by my life circumstances or by someone in my life is that it came to serve me in some way. I know this doesn’t seem so at the time you are experiencing something negative, however think about this… How many times have you had a negative experience or received a negative outcome in life, to only come to the realisation some day later, that if it weren’t for that same negative experience or outcome you would not have been the person you are today? You would not have been having the positive experience that you are having because of that negative experience you once had. We all have experienced that in our lives, and if you haven’t, look harder.
The Truth of it is we are here as a spiritual beings to have a human experience. As a spiritual being we are whole, we are perfect and we are love. As a human however, we are separate, we are incomplete and we are fearful. Fearful from not being enough, not doing enough and not having enough. The Truth of it is that we are enough when we are complete and to be complete we must embrace all that we are. That is all that is negative and positive.
In society it is only encouraged to only have positive experiences, this is what is described as success. If you are having negative experiences then you are deemed as a failure. The Truth of the matter is by embracing and experiencing both sides of the spectrum enables you to be here as complete as you could ever be. It’s the Ying and the Yang in life.
You came here as a spiritual being to forget your wholeness so you may take the journey to remember it again. Your wholeness was split into two different experiences, negative and positive and in order for you to become whole again and to regain the power of all that you are, you must accept, embrace and release all the emotions that you may be resisting. What you resist will ultimately persist so to release your emotions you must completely be open and vulnerable to them, you must embrace your emotions with acceptance.
Next time you are in a circumstantial bind, experiencing a negative emotion, understand that you have an opportunity to become more whole and powerful with your spirit, with the soul of who you are and embrace all that is happening around you. On the other hand you could also choose to be closed off and resit the negative emotion, which will then result in the emotion persisting in different areas of your life and growing in your body. You will attract different or the same circumstances to press on that emotion that you are holding onto so you continue to experience it until you are ready to accept it with an open mind. You are here to wake up which is what you shall do when you embrace all that you are.
As you embrace both sides of who you are you will free yourself to choose your experiences with free will. Life will become a fun park that you will ride, not one that you are only lining up for. You will feel alive and experience an appreciation for all that is.
If you’re experiencing something you perceive to be negative, if you are experiencing emotional pain from it, its time to move on. It’s time you embrace your emotions internally so you may release your circumstances externally.
With Love,
Amir Zoghi
