YOU, ME AND WHAT YOU SEE
A message from the UNIVERSE.
You are seeing your world through separation. I am over here and you are over there. You see yourself to be different from the people you greet and as though you are to own everything you see.
What if your world was only a place for you to see me and realise that everything you see is a part of me? What if you and I are meant to meet, so you may remember that everything is me? Will you then realise that you are me?
How would your world differ and what would you see, if the world you lived in was the world you played in?
Look in the mirror and tell me, what do you see? Is it Love that you see or the incompleteness of me? Know yourself and you shall be free; Love shall then be your only tendency.
You seek freedom as though it was something one had to achieve. You don’t realise, that your freedom lies within the love that you give. What’s stopping you from giving that which you seek? May it be your own insecurities? Your reason for why you give shall always manifest what and how you receive. So be sure my dear to give without the agenda to receive because whatever you give will be what you will have received.
Go ahead and allow yourself to be free from whatever it is that you think you need. Love is all that there is and it is who you are, for as long as you are being One with me. Do not analyse what I say because that is only your ego leading you away. Just uncover the Truth of what you see and you will realise why you are me.

Who are you? No, who are you really? Because for you to understand what I would like to share with you, you have to be willing to really understand what is in the way of you knowing you. The only way you can relate to what I’m about to say to you is if you are willing to see yourself not just as you, as but what makes up.
What makes up and where comes from is the very essence of what makes up everyone and what forms the entire Universe. You see my dear, where you come from and what you are made from is the same as energy that makes up the entire Universe. This means that you and I are One. One and the same; and many as One. I need you to understand who the True you is before you can understand the message I have for you. If you only know yourself as and all of your identities then you are only aware of a very limited part of who you are. It’s like you know yourself to be a wave of the ocean when really you are the ocean itself.
So here is the thing; there is only one Truth and you are it. Not you as a wave of the ocean but you as the entire ocean. It’s only the ‘you’ as the wave that knows fear, guilt, resentment, anger or suffering. ‘You’ as the ocean knows no such thing because you are the entirety, and only something that knows itself as incomplete can experience fear, guilt, resentment, anger or suffering.
When you can allow yourself to have a direct experience that you are it, that you are the One, then you will also experience the unity which you feel with all people and matter in the entire Universe. Everything in your inner world and your outer world will then be One, one and the same, just expressing itself as different waves of the same ocean. The two voices in your head will become One, the internal battle will be over and freedom will be experienced.
Your message that I have for you is that you are the One, you are the entirety. You and I put together is who you Truly are, the “real I”. And everything else that you experiencing yourself to be is only a limited part of who you really are, a drop of the entire ocean if you will, a lie.

If you were to take your attention off yourself, what would your attention be on? If you were not concerned by the things outside of you and what impact they have or could be having on who you are, what then would consume and demand your attention? Nothing, nada, zilch! Yes my dear absolutely nothing and when you can empty yourself into nothingness, you will then be free to consciously choose what you would like to fill your life with. Fill your life with love or fear, it’s entirely up to you. However, when you are unconscious of this choice, of the will that you have, you are only choosing unconsciously and therefore fear becomes your driving force.
You see my dearest, everything in this entire Universe is life and this life is like the ocean, just ONE big ocean. However when you are seeing yourself only as yourself, you are only experiencing yourself as a wave or a bubble of that ocean rather than the ocean itself. And when you know yourself only as a wave of the ocean or a bubble, you perceive yourself as small, as limited and as though there is a part of you missing. This is what puts your state of being into fear – fear of not being enough, fear of not having enough, fear of being alone and the fear of being rejected. You may be very familiar with these fears….
How do you then know yourself to the One ocean rather than a drop or a wave of the ocean? Very simple - take your attention of yourself, the drop, and your attention will fall upon the ocean, the One, the Truth. Everything in your life is happening because of you but not you as the drop of the ocean but you as the entire One ocean. The drop or the wave of the ocean has only limited power, whereas the ocean in this metaphor has unlimited power and therefore does not lack, so it does not fear.
So how do you take your attention off yourself? Simple – find acceptance of everything in your life including yourself. Accept what has happened or may happen, accept your enemies and accept your deep inner emotions that you are fighting with. Everything is what it is; everything is you and is happening because of you. How can it not be; if you are the One ocean itself, then everything is coming from the same place. There is nothing to blame or to give credit to, it’s all you, the True you.
Stop looking to blame your circumstances on life or on people, stop judging yourself and others because of your circumstances. Find acceptance for all that is and you will find it easier to take your attention off yourself and to become the One, not the drop.Swimming in the sea of infinite potentiality

Just take a look around you, what do you see? Close your eyes and look again but don’t just look at things as they appear, instead become aware of the presence that consists of everything that you see. Can you feel the energy? Everything that you see in the entire Universe including yourself is made from this energy. You may know this energy as Consciousness, as the Universe or simply as an infinite energy but either way this energy of consciousness is what you are One with. It is what you’re made from; it is where you have come from, where you are going and where you are right now.
You may not be aware of this infinite energy that binds all things but it is aware of you; not only that, it is you and it is also all things in existence. You may feel separate from this Truth of who you are at times but that is because you are measuring who you are ONLY with what is tangible, with what is measurable. But you see my dear, infinite energy is neither tangible nor measurable. It’s energy and it’s infinite; something that is infinite cannot be measured, it’s infinite. Infinite is infinite, it’s not measurable and energy is energy, it can change its form but it will always be energy.
If you became aware of who you are as energy my dear you would no longer experience suffering, lack, insecurities and fear as these cannot exist in something which is infinite. There is only pure love in something that is infinite. If you knew yourself as this energy why then do you fear, why do you worry, suffer? Why are you not experiencing yourself to be free?
You are in a sea of potentiality, just because you cannot see this energy that you are living in does not mean it’s not there. You can manifest anything from this sea of energy when you become aware that you are not only part of this energy but you are this energy. You can feel this energy if you have the will to do so, it’s your choice. You can be either One or you can be separate from your energy of love. But it’s easy to be One with your energy of love. Be who you love, act, speak and do what you love. But most importantly you must KNOW YOURSELF to be ONE.
